Jindo Island - Sea Parting Festival (진도 신비의바닷길축제)

I took a trip with my friend Hyun Ju (현주) to the south west part of South Korea.  Once a year at Jindo Island in Jeollanam-do province, the sea mysteriously parts and we walked through the sea from the main island to a smaller nearby island. This phenomenon is due to the difference between high and low tides.   We enjoyed walking along the sea road, watching Korean wrestling, participating in the Hindu festival of colour - Holi Hai, and various other fun activities. It was a spectacular sight.  There were more foriegners than Koreans.
